An award-winning HR Services leader, Arun has over 20 years of experience across various leadership roles in corporates such as Zydus Cadila, Tata Motors, Huawei Telecommunications and Reliance Industries. His areas of expertise include HR Technology & Transformation, Talent Management & Effectiveness, Change Management & Cross-functional Team Leadership. He has taken up largescale HRSS Transformation Projects and HR Technology deployment projects across organizations.

In his current role, Arun is leading the HR Shared Services for Cummins India, supporting its 11000 employees spread across the country, in their Hire to Retire journey with the organization.
