Dr Ardey graduated from Armed Forces Medical College and has been in practice in Delhi with over 30 years of experience. He is a consultant physician with Diabetacare, Hemophilia federation of India and Alzeimer & Related Disorders Society of India, a project of Helpage India.

Currently he is the president of Indian Medical Association, South Delhi branch. In the past he has been the Joint Secretary at Delhi Medical Association and at IMA headquarters.
